Part-time ESL Teaching Position
We are Borealis Language Academy, an innovative, student-centered Language school. We have developed business Spanish and English Programs regarding special purposes for various companies and we are rapidly expanding in our community. Therefore, we are actively looking for ESL Instructors who would like to be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking, life-changing team!
Requirements
Excellent command of the English language
Preferably Bilingual
Display patience and cultural awareness
Relevant experience teaching adults, or willing to be trained
Our ESL Instructors Succeed in:
- Displaying excellent classroom management.
- Teaching English learners become proficient in the target language.
- Motivating students and maintaining a pleasant learning environment, while taking students’ different backgrounds, culture and needs into account.
- Maintaining appropriate use of our original course material/Book with appropriate fidelity and flexibility.
